Its good in windows 7 but it aint reliable because it sometimes cant be able to locate the ip adresses . It doesnt work in widows 8

This thing works fine in windows 7 but not in windows 8!
It cannot identify my network adapter. and if that were little issues, I cannot uninstall it unless I reboot in safe mode.
